*Please contact me directly for a personalised plan. These will take into account frequency and quantity of sessions, as a result this price will usually decrease with a package. However if a personalised plan is not desired as much as a quick one off chat / session, I can can cater for this with the above price. This course is the ultimate package for getting clear on who you are and what you want. It includes 6 x 1hr sessions with me, done via zoom. There will be downloads to print and have ready for each session, that I will email you before each session. Included is a full personality profiling session where you get to know your unconscious traits. Sessions are best booked weekly, but I can work with you and your schedule.

Traversing the chakras, and starting at the base, we discuss each energy point, and unlock the limitations within each, providing insights into what may be holding us back from experiencing a full and open energetic chakra flow. The course includes one-on-one coaching as well as deep energy work to clear and cleanse each point for total energetic flow.
