Traversing the chakras, and starting at the base, we discuss each energy point, and unlock the limitations within, providing insights into what may be holding us back from experiencing a full and open energetic chakra flow. The course includes one-on-one coaching as well as deep energy work to clear and cleanse each point for total energetic flow.

This course is the perfect package for someone looking for grounding as well as a spiritual connection and ascension. This course will unlock parts of you unseen, and kick start a love of self, a deep connection to the divine and a powerful ignition of your intuition. It includes 8 x 1hr sessions with me, done via zoom. There will be downloads to print and have ready for each session. Included is a full personality profiling session where you get to know your unconscious traits. Sessions are best booked weekly, but I can work with you and your schedule.
