Lexi
Hyland
I research. I question. I share what I find.
I question the advice that gets handed to mothers as settled fact — where it came from, who benefits from it, and what happens when you go looking for the cause instead of the next quick fix.
Curious by nature.
Lexi Hyland is a mum of three boys, a homeschooler, and a relentless question-asker. When something is presented to her as settled fact, her instinct has always been to look a little closer: Where did it come from? What is it based on? Who benefits? And what does the research actually say?
That curiosity has followed her throughout her life, but motherhood gave it a new weight. When the decisions you make affect the little people who trust you completely, “because that’s what we’ve always been told” stopped feeling like a good enough answer.
So she reads.
Lexi reads the studies most people never open, follows the references, asks uncomfortable questions, and then translates what she finds into something other people can actually understand. Through her reels, podcast and growing library of resources, she shares the research with the sources attached—not to tell people what to think, but to give them more information to think with.
Her curiosity extends far beyond conventional health.
A healer at heart, Lexi is a Kundalini Reiki Master whose early work in healing led her into the study of quantum physics, biology and the emerging field of frequency medicine. She has studied with the Resonance Science Foundation, now the International Space Federation, and is completing a Bachelor of Integrative Health Science. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner, trained hypnotherapist, and has completed professional speaking training in Colorado.
But Lexi’s world has never fit neatly into one box.
She is also the Owner and Design Director of Earth Design Landscaping & Construction, where she turns another kind of curiosity into creation—designing outdoor spaces from a blank page.
And she is the founder of The Calming Kit and creator of the Pause, Play, Grow Method: practical tools born from her own experience of raising children with big emotions, designed to help children understand and regulate what they’re feeling while giving parents something tangible to do in the moments that feel hardest.
Across everything she does, the thread is the same:
Stay curious. Ask better questions. Keep learning. And never outsource your thinking.
